Mote house
Bearsted Osteopathic Clinic is set in the stunning location of Mote House in Mote Park. The heart of Maidstone.
Here we have a clinic space on the bottom floor within the health and wellness suite, open to residents and the general public. The clinic moved to this location in 2019 from Ashford Road in Bearsted, above the pharmacy.
The building is a beautiful, grade II-listed mansion originally built between 1793 and 1801 that, since being refurbished, functions as a retirement village with certain facilities open to the public. Patients are welcome to enjoy a coffee or bite to eat at the bar-bistro and restaurant on their visit (bookings are required for the restaurant).
There is also a gym, studio, and pool membership available to those of retirement age, which patients are welcome to join (please inquire directly with the Audley Club).
Mote Park’s landscape makes visiting the clinic a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Why not walk to the clinic? Take in the nature the park has to offer. For those that prefer to drive, there are two local council car parks either side of Mote Park, one of which is a 5-minute walk from Mote House, still giving the opportunity for what patients describe as a “mini wellness walk”.
