Keira Piper M.Ost
(Clinic owner & Principal Osteopath)

Keira qualified from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO), Maidstone,  www.eso.ac.org, in 2020 and is passionate about being able to help patients in the same way that osteopathy helped her. Keira is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy.

She has worked as an osteopath in Maidstone and been a member of the Bearsted Osteopathic Clinic team since graduating in 2020. In August 2022, Keira took the opportunity to become the new clinic owner at Bearsted Osteopathic Clinic. Since she has spent time building and growing her team & her skillset.

The ESO degree included time in specialised clinics to learn and develop skills that are beneficial in the treatment of maternity patients, babies, young children, teens, and older patients.

Keira offers treatment and management to patients of all ages, but she especially enjoys working with babies and those with chronic pain conditions. Her drive to become an osteopath and help others stems from her own experience with osteopathy following a horse riding accident and further management with the diagnosis of migraines and fibromyalgia.

Her method of treatment and patient management follows a holistic and patient-centred model that is uniquely structured to include each patient’s individual needs. Keira’s treatment methods are dynamic and of a functional and structural nature to include spinal and peripheral joint manipulations, Balanced Ligamentous Tension (BLT), Muscle Energy  Technique (MET), General Osteopathic Treatment (GOT) as taught by Littlejohn, and cranial techniques as taught by Sutherland and Upledger.

As a result of her postgraduate training, she is also able to offer Kinesiology taping, Dry needling, and Dry cupping to further her patients’ progress.

Giusi Schioppi M.Ost

Associate Osteopath

Giusi graduated with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy from the European School of Osteopathy in July 2023 and joined the team in May 2026. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy.

Giusi takes a gentle, patient-centred, and trauma-informed approach to care, tailoring treatment to each individual’s needs and comfort levels. She enjoys building supportive relationships with patients and helping people feel listened to and cared for throughout their treatment journey. Her treatment style is particularly suited to those who may prefer a gentler approach to care.

Giusi has a keen interest in paediatric osteopathy, women’s health, pregnancy, and postnatal care, and is passionate about supporting babies, children, and women through different stages of life. She continues to develop her knowledge in these areas through ongoing professional training and learning.

Before training as an osteopath, Giusi worked as a Healthcare Assistant within care home settings, supporting elderly individuals, including those requiring palliative and disability care. She has also volunteered internationally within women’s health and children’s clinics, working alongside multidisciplinary healthcare teams supporting underserved communities.

Her treatment approach may include a combination of structural, functional, and cranial osteopathic techniques, alongside soft tissue and sports massage techniques where appropriate, always adapted to the individual patient.

Giusi offers Osteopathy and Sports Massage appointments and works alongside the team on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
