This massage is tailored to your needs, using skin nourishing oil.It is designed to help relieve aches and pains in a gentle manner to help the whole body and mind relax. Techniques used to work on your stresses and tensions to leave you feeling relaxed and revitalised.

Deep tissue massage

This massage is designed to provide attention to imbalances in soft tissue that are caused by repetitive and strenuous physical activity. The application of deep tissue massage, before and after exercise, may reduce tension, promote circulation, enhance performance and aid injury recovery.

Full body – 60/90 mins £65/£90

Pregnancy Massage

Start with a soothing foot soak and invigorating scrub to ease those aches and stimulate circulation in the lower leg and ankles to reduce puffiness. Followed by a nourishing body massage, guided by you to work on specific areas – 60 mins £75

Gel Upgrades: £10 – DND Duo gel polish gives your nails complete coverage with a high shine finish for up to 14 days. Cruelty-free certified and vegan-friendly, professional system is totally unique compared to others on the market. Infused with essential vitamins, so your nails not only look wonderful, but they are getting stronger and healthier as well.

Taster Facial: £35 – After consultation, lay back, relax and receive a prescriptive facial treatment; combining traditional cleanse, tone and exfoliation, before enjoying a hand and arm massage whilst a face mask is working its magic, concluding with moisturising products to protect and prolong the effects of your treatment.
Deluxe Custom Facial: £50 – All of the above as well as a tension melting head neck and shoulder massage and pressure point facial massage.

Eye Treatments

Lash Extensions: From £45 – Beautiful lashes at any age. An in-depth consultation is carried out before creating your personalised lash look, enhancing your natural lash line, whether your own lashes are sparse, or you just simply want to save time not having to apply mascara.
